Phil McDonald
Sports Director - Play by Play St. Joe Bears Football - The
Coaches - WSJM-AMPhil has been with
WSJM and Midwest Family Radio in St. Joe and Benton Harbor his
whole career. He’s a graduate of Lake Michigan Catholic High
School and Albion College. Phil has covered high school sports
here on WSJM for several years. During the school year you can
hear Phil during WSJM-AM's coverage of St. Joe Bears Football,
and high school basketball. He co-hosts The Coaches with Bret
Witkowski. You can also hear Phil on our sister station 98.3 The
Coast weekday afternoons from 10:00 to 3:00. Outside of work,
you’ll probably catch Phil running around town (honk if you see
him) or at Notre Dame and Cubs games. |

Al Pscholka
Play by Play Lakeshore Lancers Football - The Coaches
- WSJM-FM
Al Pscholka serves as the voice of Lakeshore Lancers football on
WSJM-FM, and high school basketball on WSJM-AM. During the day
Al works on the staff of US Congressman Fred Upton. He is also
an elected member of the Lincoln Township Board of Trustees.

Mark Savage
Play by Play South Haven Rams Football -
WCSY-FM
Mark rejoins the staff to once again call the South Haven Rams
on Superhits 103.7 Cosy-FM. Mark has worked doing play by
play for the MHSAA Network as well as Cosy 98.3 and AM 940
calling South Haven games. Mark works at the Palisades
Power Plant during the day, serving as the Communications
Manager for the plant. |

Bret Witkowski
Color Analyst St. Joe Bears Football - The Coaches
- WSJM-AM
Bret serves as color analyst for WSJM-AM's coverage of St. Joe
Bears football as well as doing play by play of high school
basketball. Bret is a former player at St. Joe, he went on to
play college football at Ball State University. Bret was
inducted in the St. Joseph High School Hall of Fame in 2003.
Bret is married and has two daughters. During the day, Bret
serves as the Berrien County Treasurer. |

Denny Kniola
Color Analyst Lakeshore Lancers Football -
WSJM-FM
Denny Kniola is the color analyst for Lakeshore Lancers football
on WSJM-FM. Denny is a former administrator in the Lakeshore
Public School system as well as a member of the MHSAA council.
In 2007 Denny was inducted into the Lakeshore High School Hall
of Fame |

Vince Bowman
Color Analyst South Haven Rams Football -
WCSY-FM
Vince Bowman does the color analysis for South Haven Rams
football on WCSY-FM. Vince also serves at the head coach
for the South Haven Varsity girls basketball team. |

Matt Orlando
Friday Night Fever - WSJM-AM/FM
Matt Orlando came to WSJM and southwest Michigan by way of
marriage. This southeast Texan was born and raised in Nederland,
but met his wife from Berrien Springs through a mutual friend.
After four solid years at Sam Houston State University in
Huntsville, Texas, Matt joined the WSJM News team in June of
2004. Matt recently left the station full time and works
at Radix Communications, Inc., but Matt will still be the host
of Friday Night Fever. Matt is married and his wife Mandy
have a son Jonathan. |

Dave Wolf
Friday Night Kickoff - WSJM-AM/FM
Dave has been at WSJM since his junior year in high school
serving in many different roles in his time at the stations.
Dave has done air work on both WSJM and WIRX on weekends and
overnight. Outside of the station, Dave is active with the
athletic department at his alma mater St. Joseph High School,
announcing games and running the scoreboard for basketball,
football, and volleyball. He also serves as webmaster for the
St. Joe Bears Football and Basketball team webpages. Dave can
often be found in Grand Rapids following the Grand Rapids
Griffins hockey team, which Dave has previously been a season ticket holder
for 8 years. |

Marty "Luke"
Friday Night Kickoff -
WSJM-AM/FM
Marty has been active with the athletic department at Bridgman
high school. He has served as a color analyst for WCSY-FM
football coverage. He's also somewhat of a shutter bug...

Shawn McDonough
Friday Night Fever -
WSJM-AM/FM
Shawn is a graduate of Lakeshore High School and currently
attends Lake Michigan College. He is an avid fan of Detroit
Sports, the Lions, Tigers, Red Wings, and the Pistons.
Shawn does on air work on both 98.3 The Coast and 97.5 Y
Country. This will be his second season on Friday Night
Fever. |
